was born on Jan. 25 in Lima, Peru. Son of Christian parents as a child participated actively in the activities of his local church, but not until 14 years had a personal encounter with God. He studied engineering at the National University of Engineering - UNI, 19 years and the ministry God called him and led him to Youth For Christ to prepare for 2 years for the Youth Ministry; there, since 1985 developed the ministry of Evangelist , Area Director of Training and Ministry in Schools and Youth Groups Pastoral Advisor. In 1986 he traveled to Amsterdam, Holland for the International Congress of Itinerant Evangelists in 1990 and completed his studies at the Ministerial Training Bible College Christian Community Agua Viva. Additionally as a Licensed Minister of the Church of the Nazarene in Lima - Peru, developed by 4 years the Ministry of Evangelist.
In 1994, with his wife Lourdes (Professor of Early Childhood Education), is invited to develop the youth ministry at Faith Community Christian Church, of Ps. Julio Romero. Since then exercised his pastoral ministry in three churches support, until April 2004, God told them it was time to have their own sheep. Thus, with their children Stephen and Vania, and the only desire in their hearts to be faithful to God's call and meet the challenges that He has conquered, began CHRISTIAN CHURCH OF THE KING in San Juan de Miraflores, the slogan: "A place of God to conquer your dreams." Currently are also invited as speakers at various events nationwide and internationally.
Pastor Joshua Medina is also part of Team Associated Exhibitors in Supporting Youth Ministries, the Christian Bible in Peru and Youth For Christ / Peru, Christian institutions dedicated to raising the level of Leadership Youth and Adolescents of the Evangelical Christian Churches, both nationally and internationally.
