1. The disease should not be the focus of your life. Try to enjoy the most, not live constantly thinking about your being sick.
2. Smile a lot. Sure there are many good things in your life. Seeing the world in a positive light will help you improve your mood.
3. Relax! Learn to take things calmly and practice a relaxation technique (Such as deep breathing)
4. Keep your body and your mind active. Practice some moderate exercise (like going walking, or practicing Tai Chi exercises in water) and make a cognitive exercise (such as puzzles, playing cards, reading) daily.

6. Take an active part of treatment. Do not leave everything in the hands of the pills, you can do much to be better!
7. Talk about your feelings. Express your loved ones how you feel, what fears have ... This will help reduce anxiety, but remember that we are not overly burdening others with our concerns (they also have their own).
8. Maintain a slow and constant pace. No functions by "spells of activity." It is best that you always have a minimum of activity and your tasks are done slowly, paying attention to what you do and sipping breaks.
9. Learn. Many fears are related to the lack of information about the disease. Try to keep up with the disease, but not obsessing (sure there are many more interesting things to read on!).
10. And Most importantly ... to live! Okay, you have a chronic disease that causes so much pain ... but you still have many things to live and enjoy. Interact with people, keep your hobbies, learn new things and use your time doing enjoyable activities.
